Apologize and or Remove the employee..

More like verbal abuse. Rude obnoxious loud mouth..employee..I have been going there for 5 years and the same employee still there..still obnoxious rude and loud to everyone that approaches the register...I went down to the store after my daughter had been to the store when the employee shoved cards in her face after asking to purchase a balloon she rudely shoved the cards in my daughters face..and expected her to get at the end of the line when she was first asking to purchase a balloon...and to no avail is there any Authority to contact to take care of this problem with the same employee....so a couple of days later I go down to the store to rectify the problem and 6 employees verbally attacked me right out the door. I'm 62 years old...I have a witness to the way she speaks Rude to everyone.
