Quality of service and good customer service. A business inspection.

I encountered a female Hispanic employee who was rude. Managers/owners are limited in their English skills so I couldn't speak to them (they are of Asian descent). Good customer service for a business is essential. I don't know if they owners know the employee is rude and acts as this was her business. I won't be returning to this store but this needs to be corrected as other customers may not have the means to shop anywhere else due to their prices. Any business should have policies and procedures in place. I highly doubt they have this in place. A inspection should be done.
