I paid a deposit almost 3 years ago Services was never rendered. I was trying to get my money back for the last past three years. I tried to work with the surgery site today and they told me that they was not gonna give me my money back and I had to pay all over again after I gave my deposit before I gave my deposit. The lady never disclosed to me that the BMI was too high and I said why didn't you tell me that before I paid my money and then when it was time to get my surgery so she could tell me that I had time and I said I had another choice to go to another surgery site. I end up getting my surgery done and another surgery site and losing my deposit. Resolution Sought Refund my 500 deposit back
