Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I bought a warranty threw this company back on Oct 4 2024.for my washer that was making a noise. They put me with a repair company to come and fix it. Called big country, they cancelled on me 2 times. So I called warranty company again they set me up with another repair company called asi the repair guy came out and said it needs a transmission. He would order it and come out and fix it . I keep calling them to get an update and they said they've sent the part back to whirlpool 6 times because it was defective .. so I keep calling and the other day I find out the part they ordered was the basket and the transmission was just now ordered. (Two days ago )I've spent money at laundry mat and my husband and I are seniors so then we got a rent a washer spending money there. And 2 months now and still washer is not fixed I've called the warranty company many times to try to get help no one has returned my call they say a supervisor will call me back and no one calls! I don't have an address on them but I do have a phone number 877 559 2608 or 866 333 3134 I don't think this is a legitimate company i keep asking them to cancel my warranty and give me back my money and they say they can't because it's a open ticket! .meanwhile I still have a broken washer and their taking $34.63 per month out of my account .please help me were seniors and aren't getting any help from these people it's been going on since October! Thank you. Resolution Sought I want my money back and I want this warranty cancelled and I don't want to have to pay them any more money because their saying I would have to pay the remainder of the warranty off, which is about $300 or $400. I just want my money back and cancel the warranty please help!
