Customer Complaint

The reason for my complaint is I've been evicted from my last residence in North sc and had no where to go. I finally found a new residence to rent from and thought the nightmare was over. WRONGLY!!! It wasnt...I paid my first month rent and deposit and with the last bit of money I had left I finally paid my light at my last address so that they could be transferred to the new address simple I thought. WRONGLY again!!! I gave Dominion Energy all the proof they needed to turn on my service only to be attached to someone else bill. The supervisor Mrs. Cindy trying to make me pay the previous attendant bill before my service can be turned on. WHY? I sent my eviction notice I sent my lease agreement and I paid my previous bill. Now Mrs Cindy is trying to say basically just because I know the last attendants I can't get service unless I agree to attach there bill. She also trying to make me pay a deposit which I never had to. I owe Dominion Energy nothing. I've been sitting in this new house for a month with my kids with no lights because of the disrespectful supervisor with no understand .. The last tenants called explaining they moved out but she didn't wanna here that. I need my light on today. I understand there 48.59 billion in debt. I have nothing to do with that. I will call whoever Richmond Virginia, Chair presents Robert blue, Chief executive officer, Vanguard group,senior vice president Carlos Brown. I just need my light on for my kids. Resolution Sought Turn my service on and have more understanding that everyone not out to trick the system. There are good people out here starting with me. I would like Mrs Cindy to don't believe everything she here and follow up on certain situations because it make no sense that me and my kids have been in the dark for about a month. Just please help me get my light turn on. I'm deaf I can't I can't here through the phone. I just need you guy help. I done all I can do.
