Had a crown placed on my tooth last March 24, 2022. Claim has yet to be resolved nor will a supervisor or manager call to resolve the issue. I had the dental office three way a call to figure out what is the problem. The dental office representative state that the insurance company is waiting out the time from to prevent from paying their portion of the bill. When asked why were they not taking care of the claim the dental insurance company claims it was denied but they would not give me a reason for denial. An appeal was sent in from the dental office and it is still waiting in the que. Please help. Resolution Sought Look into why is this company not resolving these kind of issues. I have paid my premiums and services are not rendered.
