Domino Window Cleaning complaints

The window repairman who had come to my home to repair an unbalanced window, had come late and then complained that it was too dark for him to see. Common sense would have told him he needed a flashlight. He locked the window that needs repairing, and gave no forewarning not to open it. When I did, the upper window dropped. The repairman then got highly upset, and started using vulgarity. I asked him to stop arguing and that I was paying him for the job. He rudely was slinging my step ladder around. He then said he was double parked. I told him that wasn't my fault and he should have waited or try to find a parking space. He then tried to make me give him twenty five dollars, when he did nothing but left the job undone. I told him that I wouldn't pay him until he had finished the job. He then said that he was going down to see if he could get a parking space, and get a flashlight. He never returned, nor gave me any notice of whether he would return or not. I text him the next to express my feelings about his being unprofessional and responded very nasty, by telling me to go "f**k myself, and called me an idiot. Resolution Sought I just want an apology. Being he didn't do the job, which he wanted $275.00 for. I didn't pay him of course. It seems that he felt he be or talk condescending to me, because I was African American. This should go on file. He seemed to have irritated in that I told him, that his attitude and unprofessional behavior, gives his company, a bad name.
