Dealership salesman sold me a lemon car after lying to me about some of the problem it had to the car. That wasn't discovered until later on after I constantly having to take her to the shop for fixing. After seeing the the engine light on I knew it had to be something serious other than a oil change. But they kept going by the computer screen and stating it was nothing wrong up to my car accident. Then they use that as a con to act like they fought something else wrong with my gear stick but he had to have annually handle it by hand in order to see the problem not on the machine. But before anything were work on I gave them specifically not to paint my car take the dent out of it. He said ok but I still have to sign the insurance paper to get done through it. I told to just check it. So after they found the problem they as me did I wanted they to fix the gearstick. I said yeah and all new parts valve, cam shave, sparks plugs and wires and modecular chip. I don't think he did none that because I didn't get a warranty on any of the parts. So now I got a broken down car. No transportation no way to get to my doctor's appointment on Monday morning. Doctor's appointment out town how will I get around I'm sick with Cancer I got to get my treatment or I might get worse and die. So my condition is life threatening to my health. Can you help me. Resolution Sought Fix my Car free of charge from the money you already done con me out of. Or get me another better running car than the lemon you sold me. Either or I'm due for a change. I been a loyal customer for years bringing my car for y'all to fix and you mesh it up and I suppose to accept that no I'm not doing that if do it to me who knows how many others outta a car. So I say justice for the people who in the same boat I'm in with one to help fight these big companies and corporations cause their money

Customer was in Service Department previously on 6/07/21, 180,133 miles and customer complaint of transmission slipping, and gear shifter knob broken. We installed a Transmission Control Module (this is an electrical part of transmission) and changed transmission fluid. We replaced shifter knob and customer had requested spark plugs to be replaced. On 5/25/21 customer had body and paint repairs done which were paid by her insurance. Prior to repair on transmission only maintenance worked was requested and performed. On 11/05/20 customer did have a complaint about warning lights coming on and door locking and unlocking. We found a lost communication code but could not duplicate complaint. No repairs were attempted or made. Customer had vehicle towed to us 11/15/21,186,758 miles, Concern: key would not come out of ignition and vehicle jerking while driving and transmission would not shift like it should. We found that the timing chains guides, inside the engine, had broken and caused engine to jump time, major internal engine damage, not transmission Customer had vehicle towed back to her house on 12/3/21. Vehicle was purchased 3/28/20 and sold "As Is", with 161118 miles. No repairs performed are related to customer's concern presently. As a side note, I offered to help Ms. Brown before she had this vehicle towed away. She stated was going to try and trade the vehicle. I am withdrawing that offer at this time. Our repairs come with the GM PARTS warranty and customer is given copy of implied warranty that is on invoice.
