Ok so on the 19 of March I had got this Ford Escape 2010 put down 1700. Then a week later I started having problems transmission problems. I took it back to them they say we can fix it we just going to put you in a rental car I said ok. Then when I go back up there they put me in a different rental car they kept getting me the run around. Had the rental car for 2 weeks. So after then they waited until my warranty was up. I'm thinking they going to fix it cuz they gave me a rental. I went back up there drop the rental car off because they said your car is ready. So when I got there they gave my keys back and my hands in said we can't fix this or we can not gave you another car. So I went back again talked to the manager again I said can you guys at least help me he said I don't want to help you or talked to you then I left a week later they called me and said we think we can have you a car. Went back up there they said oh we don't know if the bank will finesse you another vehicle. So now I still have my Ford Escape 2010 not working just sitting there still have to make payments crazy. Resolution Sought I will love them to fixed my car or gave me my money back.

The customer purchased a vehicle "As-Is" and did not elect to purchase a warranty to protect the vehicle from such mechanical defaults as he is having currently. We offered a discounted rate to fix the vehicle at the customers expense and he declined.
