I paid Matt Timberlake, owner of Done Right Pro Services, $12,000.00 for various home repairs and landscaping. He took the money but not only was the work he did shoddy but he did not finish the jobs was contracted to do. I tried to resolve the issue and he was abusive and unaccountable on the phone claiming the money was stolen and not his fault. I've contacted BBB, Attorney General, and law enforcement. He has not responded. Resolution Sought Refund money! Because of his abusive behavior on the phone felt threatening I no longer want him working for me.
