I signed up for Done as my medical provider for my ADHD. The first appointment which I paid $179.00 for, the Dr told me he did not want to hear about the history of my issue and just wrote a prescription for Adderall. When it was time to request my refill, there was an Adderall shortage. The Dr. asked ME about a substitute, I advised my previous psychiatrist prescribed Ritalin when Adderall was not available and also sent him a list of substitutes I found in a Google search. Shouldn't HE have advised a substitute.? He got an attitude with me and told me he was just going to send my Adderall prescription to the pharmacy. No one has Adderall right now! So I have no medication, am going through withdrawals and I need this medication to be able to function at my job so I can't work until this gets resolved. Resolution Sought Refund my monthly fee since they are not providing any service.

I'm trying to refill my prescription, I need to go through mail orders now but the company refuses to speak with or send my prescription to my insurance company. it's now been 5 days since I've had my medications and I still can't reach anyone at this company. I see in reviews such as on TrustPilot.com that this is a frequent issue with this organization and that there are countless examples of people having this same problem. Resolution Sought Send my prescription information to my insurance company, refund me $70, $50 for the co-pay, and $20 to expedite my prescription that still has yet to come, if it ever does.
