Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I do not recognize this charge or approve it now or in the future. This amount was debited against my AMEX credit card which i have no lodge a dispute with re this charge. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of $55.37, to my card and a guarantee no future charges will be forthcoming.

I received a charge on my synchrony bank mastercard statement for the above amount. date of charge is 11/13/2021. I have not authorized this charge and am not able to learn what the charge is for. Resolution Sought Refund and no more charges
