We called AAA because we had a flat tire when the driver showed up he destroyed all of our plastic lug nut covers pride the chrome off of our rims because of the broken lug nut covers he couldn't remove one of the lug nuts we never got our tire changed he aired it up and then blamed us for the lug nut covers being destroyed. And left he took off the spare tire removal cover never put that back on. All said and done the Chrome was missing off of our rim all the lug nut covers were destroyed the spare tire access cover was gone and we never got our tire changed when I went to complain the next day they should be with order a new rim 6 weeks went by I stopped in twice the second time they denied it ever happened I said get off our property now. Hi side note he did not retighten two of the lug nuts that he loosened. Resolution Sought All I was asking for was to replace our chrome rim that they destroyed

Company states; The driver on scene did not touch the lug nuts; he aired up the tires for the customer using the valve stem. The customer then drove off. He showed up 3-4 weeks later stating this damage to his vehicle nuts. He also turned the claim into AAA which was denied. We have dealt with him previously on this matter and AAA denied him already as the proof was already presented. We did not touch his lug nuts. We are not responsible for this damage to the vehicle.
