so i ordered from this company 2 weeks ago and every since i have been checking up on it tracking it and things like that so the day comes when it says it arrived so mine you this is a christmas present for someone so i was really expecting this to come so i checked my mailbox and there wasn't anything there i know someone who works for ups so it was a easy call with them checked with neighbors to make sure there was no mistake so i contacted the company like hey i didn't receive my order and they were telling to do something i already did and that the order was marked as delivered so i couldn't get a refund so now i'm getting very irritated because no only did my package not come but i cant even get a refund on a order i spent almost 100 dollars on and they told me they would not give me a refund so that is how i am here today any questions or concerns please contact me soon as possible [email protected] or [email protected] Thank you .
