I got my 2021 Honda Accord tinted 4 years ago and they gave me a life time warranty. The back window is bubbling and the owner who was extremely rude, will not honor my warranty. He claims I used a chemical and caused the bubbling but I did not. Resolution Sought Honor the warranty or give me back a percentage of the cost.

Customer had windows tinted on 11/8/21, we use the same roll of tint to cover all windows of the vehicle, she wanted to go 5% tint all around, when tint is installed we give the client care instructions-as long as the instructions are followed there would be no issues with the tint and we would honor the warranty, however the only window having issues is her back window, when all windows were covered with the same tint from the same roll, If all windows were reacting the same way we would honor the warranty. Since it is only the back window that means the wrong products were used to clean the window. All of the other clients we tinted at the same time as her vehicle with the same tint level none of them have reported issues. We will not honor the warranty to cover the back window based on our care policy.

I did not expect him to do the right thing. He is basically calling me a liar even though I am telling him I did not use any chemicals. If I would have used a chemical on the back window then logically I would have used the same “chemical” on all of the windows. He does not care about his customers and did even call me in to see the bubbles. He had the denial ready and never planned to honor his warranty. I’m not the only one, there are many reviews with the same exact issue. I just wanted documented in case anyone else plans to look him up they can be warned about bad business and rude business owners. Thank you for your time
