I when for a consultation with Dorfman about getting veneers or braces, but the orthodontist convinced me that I should get Invisalign instead it will take under a year and I will not have any problems , I trusted him, he give me the first 11-12 trades, only 4-5 trades could fit , I told him, he told me to come inn so we can do fitting I did, but stay woerd the same one as instructed for few weeks, the he asked my to come back for the second trade, I took of work , a day before I got a call and message from the official that my trade was delayed for another two weeks I was very disappointed but I told them I stay need to be in Philadelphia for two weeks the should call me if anything changes, answer yes, no one called for over two weeks the the doctor called to say I missed my appointment I said what had happened and he said I don't think u understood but I have it here, I was upset because he downplayed my integrity which I told him, and said I'm no longer interested in getting Invisalign because of all the setbacks I want traditional brace or my refund, I sent a message few weeks ago and never heard back from the office. Resolution Sought Request my refund for the negligence and setbacks in my procedure.
