Very poor customer service. I called to complain to owner. Niece answered phone and is companies secretary. She would never put her uncle on the phone who is the owner. She was rude and told me off! They did half the job and came back twice and billed me twice! The first quote was for 350.00. They did half the work and foreman said for another 250.00 they would come back and do the rest. I paid twice and they still left many big branches hanging on wires. Terrible workmanship. Resolution Sought A refund of at least 100.00.

Customer's original contract was for us to trim back miscellaneous growth on the southeast corner of your property for $350.00. We performed that work on 10/13/2020. Customer called and said she wanted more removed. Owner went to the property and she decided to have us remove her Mulberry tree for an additional $150.00. The owner came back and personally removed the tree and cleared back from the fence even more on 10/16/2020. We performed additional work above and beyond the original quote and gave the customer a discounted price on the tree removal. The customer called back again and said she still was not happy. The owner called the customer and she did not answer her phone. He then went to the customer's house to talk to her to see where the miscommunication was happening between what she wanted done and the work performed. The customer yelled at the owner from her door, called the office and yelled at the office staff while insulting the owner's character, and threatened to call the police for him being on her property. At that point, the Office Manager took over the phone call and told the customer that we would immediately get off of her property and bill her for the work that was performed to which the customer agreed was the best course of action. The customer paid $527.50 (includes tax) for the work performed. The customer was only billed one time and paid that amount by credit card on 10/26/2020.

Dear Sir: I am dissatisfied with their response. My initial quote was for 250.00 they did a bad job and when they came back a second time to finish, they should not have billed me again. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I feel that this is wrong.
