Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. My niece sent me a link to the company website to purchase some perfume for her for Christmas. The company is telling me that I signed up for a subscription with them. I told them I did not want a subscription that I only purchased the perfume as a gift . The subscription was canceled, but they are refusing to refund my money. They do not have a customer service number to speak to anyone. It is via email. Every time I reach to the company I get a very automated system. I've asked them nicely to refund my money and I get the same response. I've gone back-and-forth with them about five different times on separate emails with no result of refunding my money. Resolution Sought I would just like the $39.90 refunded to me.
