This company has fraudulent taken advantage of me by saying me 2012 Ford focus in September 2021 until 09/2022 of over 6000+ compensation for saling me a lemon car and then hanging me over $12000 by refinancing a recall that they didn't do but gave me a invoice over $2670 For unfabricated parts/ labor.Then blown my heads to my engine by supposedly replacing waterpump and oversized coolant container for the antifreeze the same day.inwhich Anthony( mechanic in charge) complete disassemble my automobile until it complete was shutdown. The salesman manager Michael Spurlock told me it was my fault and the only way he would help me get another car from them ..I have to come up with $1500or $2000 [Fixed income in which I only get once a month] I've been finance and refinanced with charges if I had paid off without car ( over $15000) I have both finance/ refinancing chages contracts. They wouldn't give me gap coverage even though it was on the contract. Plus I asked for an extended warranty ( he wouldn't allow) ? took my $1000 down-payment & my deferral payment of $275 for a fee to him or the company staff member over these documents. I they said I couldn't use my annual deferrals. Resolution Sought Please stop them from taken all my whole year of consistent payments by giving me a lemon automobile for a disabled American consumer/ citizens. ?? I see that they can't even get accredit through you. I want my money reimbursed or a reliable vehicle. Please stop this wrongful injustice thry have deliberately did because of American greed( continuous misuse of business organized protocols
