The original complaint went to Customer Service Manager, P. O. Box 93835. Las Vegas Nevada 89193 and explanation of how it happened. I never received any response. My card member is #******8886. Please delete ASAP. Address: 9625 WEST RUSSELL ROAD #2019, LAS VEGAS 89148. Resolution Sought REFUND.
