Item was ordered on 11/25/2022. Payment was authorized and submitted on 11/26/2022. Double Tap Arms excepted payment 11/30/2022. Received payment confirmation 11/30/2022. Received email from Double Tap Arms on 12/05/2022 containing tracking number for package using United States Postal Service. After clicking on the tracking number I am directed to the US Postal Service website package tracking page. A message them appears and reads "The shipping label has been created and the USPS is awaiting the item. Wagener, SC, 29164, US". On 12/15/2022 I contacted the postal service with my concern. the USPS informed me that a shipping label has been created with the US Postal Service however, they are still waiting to receive any items from Double Tap Arms. I have made several attempts over the last few weeks to contact the company by phone, email, and their social media Network. However no one is returning any type of communication attempts. Time stamped screenshots can be made available upon request in order to verify communication attempts can be provided. Resolution Sought I would like the item I ordered and paid for. However, I cannot even get ahold of anybody at the company to explore options to resolve this matter.
