I had a hotel reservation there 9/20/2024 and I did that online through booking.com. I had free cancellation at no charge. I canceled within the allotted time frame. I was charged by the hotel anyway. I asked for Refund. They said I was a no show, even though I have an email that proves that the reservation was canceled free at no charge. The hotel will not refund me. Please help, Resolution Sought I want a refund ASAP.
