I had to request for towels, no garbage pick up and they want me to change my linens.

Called a travel agent to book a trip to Florida Keys. He only offered flight and rental car. Double Tree was recommended by rental car agent. Since we've been here no room cleaning. I was told that the room would be cleaned every 3 days. I had to request for towels, no garbage pick up and they want me to change my linens. I have 3 days of towels and garbage that no one has picked up, due to COVID. I think this is unacceptable. They told me that needed to put in a request to. If a Hotel is going to be in full operation doing this time they should practice better prevention measures.
