We went and had a tour of the apartments before we signed a lease. What were were shown and what we had to move our daughter into were totally different. The apartment was filthy. There were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher. Her bathroom was deplorable. It had to be deep cleaned and the room she was assigned is tiny. We were promised safety and shown an apartment over looking the pool and outdoor living area. There balcony is on the second floor over looking what appears to be a homeless camp. Not safe at all we paid extra money for safety and this is what we got. I do not want any more deception to be allowed. This company should be held accountable for there outright lies. Resolution Sought I would like my daughter and her roommates to be given the apartment they were shown. I know it won't work that way. We have no options all the other apartments are full too. I just would like for the company to be accountable. Show the cr*ppy unit my daughter ended up with and see how fast they lose money. Because no one would rent there.

I live in apartment with three other roommates. Our air-conditioning has been out for over a week now, I put a work order in on the 25th I believe they said they fixed it but it was not fixed. Called them back again the same day this time they say we need a compressor and could be fixed in a couple of days. They also told me it was not serious because it had no gotten over 85 degrees, but it has been 84 degrees. I paid my rent every month early they have not tried to accommodate me in any way but they gave one of the roommate an conditioner for her wet room. If they couldn't give everyone one they shouldn't have given anyone any! I am three times their age with multiple illnesses. I need to be compensated for my inconvenient and the money I have paid for and I am not getting what I paid for. Also called that we would be updated. There have been no updates! Resolution Sought Help me get reimbursed some of my money and tell everybody else about this business and how they operate through my experience.
