Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I gave all my w2 tax documents for myself my wife and my son to have my taxes filed almost a year ago and never have I been contacted to finish the job I have contacted them three time over the last 10 months and still have not had the work done or been able to get my documents back. Resolution Sought Would like my documents back so that I can take them to another CPA and have the work done
