My 4 yr old daughter had to use the bathroom but the only available restroom was a portal potty. When we went to use it there had been NO SALT OR SAND out down & I fell & hit the back of my head incredibly hard. Then my daughter fell & it was, so icy she was unable to get back up on her own. If customers are required to use a restroom outside it needs to be safe & managed. Resolution Sought I would like the owner to contact me in regards to this, as I have a bump on the back of my head, which is now giving me headaches & lucky if I don't have a concussion & my daughter's hands all scratched up & bleeding.

I have called Sophia and left a message wit hmy personal contact information, so that I can fulfill her request. We have never had anything like this happen before, as we plow and sand/salt regularly as needed in an effort to keep our facility safe for patrons. Certainly unfortunate & we hope Sophia and her daughter are well, as we certainly don't want to hear of anyone getting hurt, no matter the location.
