Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Apparently I had a bill through Texas Med Clinic and I was tricked into believing that I was paying the actual business. Each month I would be billed thinking I was paying said clinic. I found out that its a third party service that scammed me! Resolution Sought I want refund from all the months they were billing me! I unknowingly thought I was paying the bill

I was on Douglas Water Authority's page to pay my bill. I went through and paid on Douglas water website. When i looked on my card statement it was Doxo Seattle Washington. Also they charged me 3.99 for paying my bill I have called, texted doxo. They said it would take 5 days to get money back on my card.It took 5 seconds for them to take money off my card for what I thought was water bill. Also Douglas water said they have ask Doxo to take down the website and they want Resolution Sought I need my money back on my card. Its a scam. I get 934.00 a month Ssi.I need my money.
