Failed to honor manufacturer warranty

Poor customer service
Abusive
Unprofessional
Incompetent
Does not honor manufacturer warranty,
Refuses to comprehend the fact that a third party can not reimburse or replace a product until the 1 year manufacturer warranty has expired.
Disrespectful and harasses your phone.
