Get a new receptionist or train her in customer service an how to deal with the public.

I have tried to schedule an appointment an Dr. Shaffer's daughter whom is his receptionist has been rude, cussing at me, & has hung up on me 3 times. My son called an she did the same thing to him. My daughter called an as soon as she told her my name she hung up on my daughter an now she isn't answering the phone. I need to schedule this appointment due to me being a diabetic.
