She took all my personal information and my kids and never gave me a print out of my taxes ! Sent her a deposit and keep on getting the run around for almost a month now ! Asked for the copy of the taxes like any other tax office would provide and still havent received any documents showing proof she filed or a status ! Keep on getting excuses ! She is not professional ! Very disappointed and wish I would of done my taxes with another tax company! Also scared she has all my information and socials of me and my children! It should take that long to do my taxes! She should be shit down or investigated! Resolution Sought For her to get audited and see if she's doing the proper paperwork because it's been a month and every other tax service would provide a print out or at least some type of proof they filed especially after giving her my personal information and deposit! I would like her investigated to see if she runs a legit business! Because what she is doing is not professional or right ! Thank you ! All I ask is that her company is looked into!
