I recently registered for DraftKings app (online betting). I was having fun with it winning and losing. However, somehow I bet was placed that I never meant or was aware of till I woke up this morning. I immediately disputed it by contacted the player "advocate". They agreed to void the bet "one time" so I agreed by replying yes and offering more of an explanation so they don't think I am trying to cheat them. Then they replied by locking my account and having me send pictures holding my license to my face. Why didn't they require this when I registered? When I referred back to the first email, they started demanding more demands like making a police report. Each time I try to refer back to my initial communication where they will void the bet for me they want me to negate the offer by demanding that I write an email accepting past and future responsibility before unlocking my account and releasing my funds. They are not advocating for me and taking advantage of me as a consumer. I am thinking there app is designed to take advantage of the consumer. Please help me resolve this issue. Resolution Sought I want my bet that I do not recall making voided as they said they would. Secondly, I would like my account unlocked. Thirdly, I do not want to be targeted or harassed by the corporation for my complaint.

Hi, DraftKings recently locked my account and will not release the funds I had on my account. I had over $300 in funds and bets that weren't settled or started. I have tried to reach out multiple times but DraftKings won't release the funds back to me. My account username was peteyd123 Resolution Sought If I'm not going to get my account back I'd like an explanation, more importantly I'd like my funds released back to me. Right now they've stolen over $300 from me.
