Called Drainsmaster to fix clogged plumbing in upstairs bathroom. The employee sent had no basic plumbing knowledge and damaged grinder box on my toilet by running a snake through toilet into grinder box. The employee left standing water of 5" in my shower pan by continually flushing the toilet while the water kept backing up. Had a broken shop vacuum and subsequently, the standing water caused damage to my downstairs ceiling. The owner when asked to rectify issue stated it was my fault for not telling his employee I had a grinder box. The employee was made aware of this as I called the company listed on the plumbing listed on the toilet and he refused to speak with them. Owner said it wasn't his problem, yelled at me and hung up. Resolution Sought Replace grinder box that they destroyed.
