The plumber did not complete the job correctly first time. He said he repaired some pipes under the house and I still had plumbing issue in my house. The residue from the toilet is backing up in the shower. He charge me trip when he made a second trip. Resolution Sought I feel my charges should be reverse due to that fact. I feel I should be that 600.00 should be reverse.

On 4/26/23, we replace fresh cold waterlines in crawlspace and replace shutoff valve to laundry. We did not do anything to toilet or drainlines. Total balance was $425.00 - She wasn't getting cold water - reason for replacement. On 6/16/23, was called for toilet problem and laundry drainage. We found no problem at that time. We charged for trip charge of $95.00. Fresh waterlines and drainage is (2) different problems. We have no idea where she gets $600 from, we didn't charge her for $600.00. Two (2) invoices are submitted for the work we did only.
