Drake Plumbing Co complaints

Okay, we had to hire this plumber because the owner of our house was going to fix the plumbing & this is the plumber. He wanted to go with reason why his name is Zack and his dad is a city inspector, so obviously he gets away with whatever he wants. They did not complete the job the 1st day. 2nd day they were supposed to show up. They don't show up. I said you're all day waiting. I had to go through third party to contact them. They finally show up & his helper. Philip breaks a hole in our tub trying to fix the drain. Then they were trying to say the tub was already cracked when it was not, try to accuse me of telling him it was cracked when that's not what I said. He took my words and tried to twist them. Then starts yelling at me and then tells me he's leaving the job. Uncompleted that we had to let people come in our house and work on it. That we didn't want because they rigged stuff. And I do mean rig. And those people are chuck and Eric, which are forced tenants workers, the one we're buying a house from, so then he leaves the job incomplete before he leaves, he says he's about to go to jail for assaulting me. I said I'm handicapped and it goes what you're running your mouth and all I was doing was calling them on how they were leaving the job half undone and having Chuck and Eric fix things. I asked them to complete & then he attacks me and yells at me and says, we broke the tub and we're fixing the tub that we knew was already broke. Makes no sense very unprofessional. Resolution Sought Well, they left all the walling on the floor they didn't finish the wall. The cocking isn't cocked very well, there's cracks in it. I'm not sure if it'll hold the water and Mold out. And it's our only bathroom. I really don't want them back in our house. I guess more than anything. I want the public to know what a shady operation this company is.
