I paid PayUsaTax ( Drake Software) 226.20 plus a 2.50 service fee for my federal taxes owed from 2015 this was a payoff on May 26th 2022 I noticed after paying PayTaxUsa the irs was still taking out my monthly payment Called the Irs they said they never received the payment from them I have the confirmation number from PayUsaTax it is 8357563 Resolution Sought I want a full refund
