Purchased youth Ol' Tom pants at NWTF Convention. Pants had faulty craftsmanship and are not wearable. I contacted the company, sent pictures, and copy of receipt. Company refuses to refund my money upon return. They insist in offering a gift card or exchange. The item I purchased is not usable and I request a full refund. Resolution Sought I request a full refund upon return of the untenable pants.
