I order a backdrop from Dream Design Group. My event was on June 26th eventhough I told them June 25th and I ask will it come on time and the said it would. The backdrop did not come on time and I asked for a refund on Saturday when I found out it wasn't coming. I have not received a response from them at all. Resolution Sought I want the money that I paid to them back because I did not receive the backdrop.

Janelle, a refund has been provided. If you didn't receive it prior to this response all you needed to do was contact us and we would have provided it to you. We cannot control the delay in delivery with fedex but do our best to provide good customer service.
