Consumer alleges your company refuses to provide a prorated refund on dog training sessions she did not complete and was also charged twice for a leash she returned. Consumer signed up for 6 training sessions for her dog. The first class was on 10/17/21 and the second on 12/24/21. Consumer was not satisfied with the services and the customer service of the trainer. She also purchased a dog leash on 10/24/21 for $26.94 which was not the one she wanted but Lori pushed that leash on her stating that was the leas her puppy needed. The following day consumer returned to the business to return it, she asked for a receipt and left. When she checked her bank, she was charge a second time for the leash instead of getting a refund. Consumer has tried to contract your business about this second charge however was unable to get a hold of anyone. Consumer wants a refund for the leash and the unused training sessions. Resolution Sought Consumer wants a refund for the leash and the unused training sessions.
