Verna Williams is not qualified to be a realtor

I found a property I wanted to buy and Verna Williams was the realtor of record and a friend of the family of the seller. I spent three weeks working to buy the property and on the day of the signing she called and told me that the property had been pulled off the market because of problems with the estate. The truth was someone on the same street decided to buy the place and pay a little more money and I was lied to. I have been to the hospital twice over this because of high blood pressure and stress. Verna Williams is not qualified to be a realtor because she can't tell the truth and there's a good chance I'm going to sue her over this
