Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Customer Complaint

This law firm solicited my information after an accident. They constantly harassed me stating that I was going to receive a $10,000 settlement and paid rehabilitation services fully covered by the other parties insurance. They had me taking x-rays and attending physical therapy. The rehabilitation center itself could not get in contact with the law firm and asked me to reach out on numerous occasions which I did and still received no response. I was never provided an update. All phone calls and texts which I do still have went unanswered as I was promised to be contacted back the office and never was. Only after I informed him that I completed therapy did they email me that they were dropping my case with no further information or reasoning as to why. Resolution Sought I would like this business to provide me with all paperwork and documentation regarding my case. I have asked for them to provide me the papers I signed stating that I would not be held liable should they not move forward with my case. I was informed by Rodolfo Veitia that as long as I was in pain I would receive $10,000 but they would take their standard 33 and that I had no liability. All of which I was not provided and the law office refuses to provide to me.
