This business took my deposit hasn't sent me any notifications and now they are closed .they said I had a year to pay on my payments Resolution Sought Refund on my deposit since they closed without any notice.

I was scheduled to have cosmetic surgery done June 27, 2022 however due to medical issues I was not able to be medically cleared so I emailed the facility requesting for my money to be refund back into my account due to my unknown knowledge of when I am going to be medically cleared. Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded back into my account.
