I made a online purchase from the merchant Dreamland Jewlery.com on August 10 2021 the order was suppose to be delivered from USPS on the day the order was supposedly delivered I did not locate it I then phoned my local usps office to be advised to wait mail was probably backed up & to check with my neighbors I did I also contacted the merchant to advise them of the situation after a few days I recontacted usps that referred me to go online to submit a claim for the lost parcel when online I was stopped with a notification that said the parcel was shipped without insurance I could not continue filling & the merchant has to i then notified Dreamland continuously for a week before I got a response from them informing me to check with my neighbors since then I've contacted Dreamland Jewlery at least 5x in the last few weeks 3x by phone & they have not contacted me & do not seem to even try to acknowledge Me or my money they have as of now I want a refund & will no longer be a customer Resolution Sought Refund back to original payment method amount to be refunded $254.93
