Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

DRI started work on moms house back in 11/2020. Contract was for 3 mos completion. As of now house is not completed. Mom flooded house by accident and put in rest home. She needs to go home. I've called DRI and complained about completion of house and treated them with no results. I get promise after promises that never happen!! . Resolution Sought Get house completed like they said and stop giving me excuses!!???? It's been over a year and not finished. I don't get updates like they say..and nothing done.
