My vehicle that I had with them has been paid off since October of 2023! My credit report does NOT reflect that! Each time that I call I get the runaround about this matter and even requested this be forwarded to Maria the collections manager in order to be taken care of and it has not! I submitted proof of what my credit report states and was told that was not enough. My credit report should reflect that this account has been paid and is closed. Resolution Sought My credit report should reflect that this account has been paid and is closed. Maria and the rest of the people in her department are liars and absolutely no help at all!!

I purchased a vehicle on the night of Dec 15 23. The I informed the sales associate that it smelled like gas and the tire pressure is low. She ignored the hat I said about the smell but tried to fix the tire. The next day here comes smoke from under the hood of the car. I took it to the lot immediately. After waiting on the manager to return she told me that's unacceptable that I just bought this car and it's already having issues. She told me Monday if it can't be fixed a new car would most likely be issued. I'm scared that if they do it will have the same problems and at this point I want my full down payment back plus 75 for insurance. If not I'll be forced to take legal action and involve my lawyer. They people at the lot knew it was a terrible sale and failed to inform me. I've missed work due to this matter. Resolution Sought Either fix my car completely without me paying for it, give me a fully fix car, or my complete payment back.
