My car was in the service center and they provide this contract where if your car is in the service center you only have to pay CPI well my car was in the service center, but they're not applying the contract to my account I have with them and they're trying to charge me full price when I should only be paying for CPI Resolution Sought I would like for the business to reimburse and fix my car or take the car back and close the account without the negative mark on my credit

I'm being charged for the insurance through my car dealership even though I have full coverage and has had it consistently since I've had my car I've tried calling the oooc and they refunded my money but started taking it back out as soon as the complaint was resolved they said that I needed to change my deductible from 250$ to 500$ which I did and they are still taking my money out and I am not able to contact anyone with the company and I am also not able to file a claim for repairs Resolution Sought I will like for the company to compensate me for the back pay as well as the pay for my suffering since I am not financially stable and I'm paying way over the amount of the contract
