Basically was told a date that my payment would be taken out and it was a lie. Now finance company is going to charge me for late fees I guess. All of this was from Drive Smart or Frontier Agency lies they told me. Line 5 is the finance company saying I will owe them due to the others mishap. I dont know how much they will say I owe them but I know Im not going to pay it because im on disability. I think they must do this to a lot of people. Both companies have the rudest employees ever. I need some help, please. Resolution Sought Like to owe nothing to anyone and would like to get my 35 dollars back from Drive smart or Frontier Agency since they are the ones that lied to me.
