Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I bought a brand new car. I had a 720 credit score they hit my credit several times without my consent to bring it down 72 point. Not only this but I brought my car 3 weeks ago and my breaks are squeaking and it's mid firing. I called on Friday 05/03 and they told me I would have a rental on Monday or Tuesday. I dropped my car off Monday and was told it would be looked at Tuesday morning. They also said they have no rentals available. They never called me Tuesday I finally got ahold of them Tuesday after 4 pm to be told they didn't even look at the car. On Wednesday I was told it would be looked at first thing in the morning just to be told they haven't even looked at the car yet. My car has been driven under 1000 miles and if I return it my credit is shot thanks to them and I'm stuck with a car I can't drive with no resolution yet. I was told they would not give me rental and told they would not reimburse me. Resolution Sought Remove the excess they put on credit report that I did NOT ask for. Give me a new car or fix it and put in writing if it happens again they will fix it with no charge in a TIMELY manner. If this is a lemon allow me to return beyond the 1000 miles of cars returned with more ongoing issues. To be reimbursed for the rental after not having a car for two days until my car is ready.
