I bought a 2015 Nissan Versa from the man that owns this lot named Jason Sanderson. Him and his brother Jeremy Gardner said mechanics checked the car out and everything was good. I expect minor things to go wrong and need fixed but after only having this car for 3 months the convertor went out and it needs a new transmission. When I reached out to the owner Jason Sanderson to ask him if he would make this right and he literally cussed me out and said the f word in just about every other word he texted me then said if I contacted him again he will press harassment charges on me. I do have all texts messages on my phone from this man. I got screwed out of 5000.00 dollars cash which was all the money I had and I'm a single parent and I work and I've been having to find a ride back and forth to work just so I can pay my bills. I don't have any money to get my car fixed or to even buy another car . I just wanted this man to make it right since he sold me a lemon. Resolution Sought I would like to have my $5000 back and he can take this car back so I can at least go get me a dependable vehicle from a respectable dealership so I can get back and forth to work and take car of my child.
