Double charge. Not possible to talk to agent for refund. Spend a lot of time on internet to recover my money without result. Resolution Sought Refund and do not use my card.

I'm trying to cancel my subscription and I'm unable to succeed. I tried logging in and I'm told my password expired. I follow the steps to reset it and I never receive an email with a link to reset it. I have called 4 different phone numbers and none of them work. I have filled out customer service forms for support and I'm sent the same steps to reset my password, but I never get an email. Resolution Sought Cancel my subscription.
