I purchased a warranty in 2021 and I had a problem in 2023 and they could not honor the problem. I paid for one year and a half to this Warranty company drive smart. Resolution Sought I would like my refund back from the warranty company.

Received a phone call from Driver Smart to get a extra car warranty. Was agreed to take out a$100.00 out of my account ....they removed $200.00 out of my account . And are making me get a notarized letter in order to get my money back .and I half to send this in to their company. This May 13 2022 and the money was taken out May 11, 2022. Resolution Sought I would like my money back without sending in a notarized letter....I should not half to do this

A notarized letter is generally only required by accounts that are activated, however you were still within a review period which voids the requirement of a notorized letter to complete a cancellation.
