I got into a contract with Driveway Gates Houston on Dec 7, 2023 to install driveway gates and fence. I needed to install them ASAP as my business needs protection from frequent vandalism. Henry said he could install them before Christmas of 2023. I paid $7000 cash so far, but only 4 posts have been installed as of today. For close to 3 months, he promised to install them the following week- week after week but he made multiple false promises and I still don't have the driveway gates or fences. After multiple failed attempts to get this company to finish the work, I wrote a review on Google. Then, the company contacting me saying they will no longer finish the work due to the bad review and telling me they will dump the gates to at my property telling me I had to deal with them. I refused them to drop them off, and then they were demanding me to come and pick up the 300lb gates on my own, then no refund will be given. I kept demanding to follow through the contract, but they claimed after keeping the driveway gates for 14 days, they would charge me storage fee if I don't pick them up. Resolution Sought I just need my driveway gates and fence installed and working. Henry, from the company texted me back this morning saying now he has changed his mind and he will be willing to finish the work by next week, but after going through all of this with this company, I don't know if that will truly happen. I texted back demanding the work to be done by next Friday as he claims he already made the driveway gates and just needing installation but no response back. I need this to be done by next Friday.

Ms. wright is very difficult to deal with her gates are done and where ready to install then she sent a message not to step foot on her property ?? The deposit is equal to the cost of the gates and she is welcomed to the product she paid for . The balance due is for the electronics and she is making this project very difficult with lack of cooperation . She continues to blast my company with bad reviews when all we wanted to do was finish the project . The timeline was 6-8 weeks from contract date with a disclosure stating lead times can change at any given time.
